Vegan Cream Cheese
Description
A spread or topping made with tofu.
Ingredients
250g tofu
1 tablespoon sour cassava starch
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon table salt
Steps
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until combined, for about 5 minutes.
